Install the extension
Add Hireall for Chrome from the Chrome Web Store and pin it next to the address bar.

Create a key
An admin generates one in Settings › Integrations › Chrome extension and chooses when it expires.

Paste it once
Paste the key into the extension. Without one, the panel shows you where to get it.

Open a profile
Visit a profile on LinkedIn, GitHub, X, Dribbble or Behance and click the Hireall button.

Review and add
Check the details, choose a job or the talent pool, and the candidate is in Hireall.

When a supported profile is open, the Hireall button waits in the bottom-right corner. Click it and the side panel opens with the details already filled in.

The panel asks for the same details as Add candidate in Hireall, so a record looks the same however it arrives. Choose the job and stage, and decide what should happen when you save.

Revoke its key in Settings and the extension on that laptop stops working straight away. Keys can also expire on their own after an hour, a day, a week, a month or a year.
