Hire across time zones without the mental math.
Set your company's time zone once. Teammates can work in their own, candidates book interviews in theirs, and automated e-mails only go out during the hours you allow.
Every time is shown in the reader's zone
Your team, your candidates and even your Slack channel see the same moment in their own local time.
One company time zone
Pick it in Regional settings. The calendar, interview times, e-mail timestamps and report days follow it by default.
A time zone per teammate
Recruiters and hiring managers in another city switch to their own zone, so every time they see and type is local to them.
Candidates book in their time
The scheduling page reads the candidate's time zone from their browser and lists your slots in it, with a switch if they are travelling.
Invites that land at the right hour
Interview e-mails state each time with its zone, and calendar invites and Google, Outlook or Zoom events are created in the right zone.
Local sending hours
Delayed automation e-mails wait for your sending window: your days and hours, in your time zone. E-mails to candidates follow the job's time zone when it has one.
Reports and Slack in local time
Report days start and end at midnight in the company's time zone, and Slack alerts show each reader the time in their own zone.
One interview, the right hour for everyone
You offer slots in your time zone; the candidate sees them in theirs. Once a slot is picked, the confirmation, the reminders and the calendar invite all carry the time with its zone.
Automations that keep working hours
Use the platform default, set your own days and hours, or let e-mails go out as soon as they are due. Anything that falls outside the window waits for it to open.
Built for teams that don't share a clock
Three setups where time zones usually cause missed interviews and midnight e-mails.
Recruiters and hiring managers in different cities
Everyone sees the same interview at their own local time, so nobody converts times in their head or in a chat thread.
- A personal time zone for each teammate
- Local times in e-mails and on the calendar
- Slack alerts in each reader's time
Candidates in other countries
Candidates book from a page in their own time zone and get invites that open at the right hour in their calendar.
- Time zone detected on the booking page
- Company time shown next to theirs
- Calendar invites in the correct zone
Jobs in more than one location
Each job can carry its location's time zone, so automated e-mails to a London candidate and a New York candidate both arrive in local working hours.
- Job time zone taken from its location
- One sending window, applied in local time
- Reports still close on the company's day

No. Delayed steps wait for your sending window: the platform default is Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, or the days and hours you set. You can also switch the window off so e-mails go out as soon as they are due.
