Offer management

Offers that close without the e-mail chain.

Draft the offer from a template, send it through the approval chain you defined, and hand the candidate a private page to accept or decline. Revisions, counter-offers and rescinds are versions of the same record — nothing lives in an inbox.

What you get

From draft to signed — one record, every step.

Offer management sits on the candidate profile, next to the scorecards and the pipeline.

Offer templates

Salary, currency, contract type, work mode, start date and benefits — set once per role family, filled from the candidate and job automatically.

Versions, not copies

Revise an offer and the previous version is kept and superseded. Counter-offers and rescinds are recorded with their reason.

Approval chain

Define the steps — hiring manager, finance, HR — once in Offer settings. Every offer waits for each step; rejections require a note.

Decide from Slack

Approvers get the offer summary in Slack and approve or reject without opening Hireall. The decision is written to the offer and the audit log.

Candidate acceptance page

The candidate opens a private link, reads the offer, and accepts by typing their name — or declines with a reason you can report on. Viewed and expired states are tracked.

Document verification

Ask a candidate for an official document, verify it and record the outcome. Criminal-record and health documents are stored only if the candidate explicitly consents; otherwise only the verdict is kept. A named person always declares the legal basis, and uploaded files are erased on schedule.

Draft to signed

The last mile, in five steps nobody has to chase.

Each step writes to the same offer record. Two of them have a page of their own.

  1. 1

    Draft from a template

Salary, currency, contract, work mode, start date and benefits, filled from the job and the candidate.

  2. 2

    Run the chain

Hiring manager, finance, HR, in the order you set. Approve from Slack, reject with a note.

  3. 3

Send a page, not a PDF

A private, expiring link. You see viewed, accepted, declined or expired the moment it happens.

  4. 4

    Accept or counter

Typed-name acceptance, or a decline with a reason you can report on. A counter becomes v2; v1 stays on record.

  5. 5

    Check the documents

Ask for the diploma or the record, verify it and record the outcome. Uploaded files sit in private storage and purge on schedule; criminal-record and health documents are stored only if the candidate explicitly consents.

Approval chain

Every offer waits for the people who need to sign off.

Set up the chain once in Offer settings — step by step, person by person. A drafted offer moves to pending approval, each approver decides in Hireall or from Slack, and only a fully approved offer can be sent. A rejection needs a note, so the recruiter knows what to change in the next version.

Deciding the number

The offer conversation, with your own numbers in front of you

Most offers are decided in a chat thread and justified afterwards. Open an offer and Hireall lays out what you already know — what the candidate asked for, where your salary band sits, what the job budget allows and what you actually paid the last people you hired at this level — then shows a few concrete packages and what each one means after tax. It does not invent market data, because we do not have any.

Candidate side

A private page, not a PDF in an inbox.

The candidate receives a private link that opens the offer as a page: role, compensation, start date, contract type, work mode and benefits. They accept by typing their full name or decline with a reason. Every open is logged; you see viewed, accepted, declined or expired on the profile the moment it happens.

Where it pays off

The last mile, without the last-minute chaos.

Approvals that need three people, exec offers that need discretion, and seasonal batches that need speed.

Scaling teams

Finance signs off, recruiting keeps moving

Hiring manager, finance and HR each approve their step; nobody chases anyone.

  • Three-step chain set up once
  • Approvals from Slack
  • Offer report shows accepted vs declined
Executive

Confidential executive offers

Moderator teams keep the job private; versions record every negotiation round.

  • Moderator team limits who sees the offer
  • Counter-offers kept as versions
  • Rescind with a logged reason
High volume

Seasonal offers in batches

Templates fill the numbers; a stage automation drafts the offer the moment a candidate reaches the final stage.

  • Offer drafted by automation on stage entry
  • Templates per role family
  • Expiry dates keep the batch moving

Approvals where your team already is

Offer approval requests reach approvers in Slack, and the interviews that lead to the offer stay synced with each interviewer's Google or Outlook calendar.

Offers FAQ

What teams ask before their first offer

How offers work inside Hireall.

Not a third-party one. The candidate accepts on a private Hireall page by typing their full name; the acceptance, timestamp and every open of the link are recorded on the offer. Your formal employment contract is still signed through your usual process.

Anyone you put in the approval chain in Offer settings, in the order you list them. Approvers see their queue in Hireall and can also decide from Slack.

You revise the offer; the new version goes through the approval chain again and supersedes the previous one. Nothing is overwritten — every version stays on the record.

Yes. A stage automation can draft an offer from a template when a candidate enters a stage. It still waits for the approval chain — automation never sends an offer past an approver.

Offer management, approval chains and candidate document verification are part of Hireall — see the pricing page for plan details.

Part of the pipeline

Offers are part of the pipeline, not a separate product.

Templates, approval chains, Slack decisions and the candidate acceptance page ship with Hireall. See it on your own roles in a 30-minute demo, or start a 14-day trial.
