Hireall and Greenhouse, side by side.
Greenhouse is a reference point for structured hiring at enterprise scale, with 500+ integrations. Hireall focuses on published pricing, built-in async video interviews and a self-serve setup instead of a services project.
Where each platform tends to fit
We are not claiming Greenhouse is weak — we are clarifying fit.
Where Greenhouse is often strong
Structured interview kits and scorecards are Greenhouse's core strength, it lists 500+ integrations, AI Talent Matching and AI Notetaker come with every plan, and Pro adds enterprise governance (audit log, sandbox, resume anonymization). Teams standardized on it have deep process investment — switching costs are real.
Where Hireall is often a better fit
Teams that want list prices they can see, async one-way video that ships in the plan instead of marketplace video tools or the separately sold Voice AI, and a 14-day trial instead of a sales cycle.
How to evaluate fairly
Run the same hiring scenario in both tools: a mixed eng+GTM week, scorecard usage, and admin setup time. Ignore vanity feature checklists.
Capability snapshot
Hireall cells reflect the product today. Competitor cells come from the vendor's own pricing and product pages; where a figure is a third-party estimate we say so.
| Capability | Hireall | Greenhouse |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing transparency | Published on /pricing: two self-serve plans at $129 and $349 a month for 1–20 employees, scaled by headcount band, plus a larger tier by quote. Up to 23% off yearly. | Custom quote only — Core / Plus / Pro; no public list prices. Vendr buyer data shows contracts from about $10,000 a year, with a median near $27,000 (third-party estimate). |
| Free plan | 14-day trial on both self-serve plans — no credit card required, with a trial allowance of 75 AI credits and 5 video invites; live job publishing starts with a paid plan. No permanent free plan. | No free plan and no self-service trial; evaluation through a sales demo. |
| AI screening | AiFitScore (0–100 with evidence), AI job posts, bulk matching, pool AI search, candidate compare — credit-based; 300 / 1,500 / 10,000 credits a month included. | Talent Matching (assistive match scores, candidate opt-out) and AI Notetaker on every plan; AI report filters and fraud detection on the higher tiers. |
| Video interviews | Async video interviews built in on every plan: 20 / 50 / unlimited (fair use 1,000) invites a month, up to 3 questions per send, recordings kept 60 / 90 / 365 days. | Greenhouse Voice AI runs async voice interviews and is sold separately; live interviews via Zoom / Meet / Teams; async one-way video through marketplace partners. |
| Interview scorecards | Scorecards with numeric, thumbs or hire-recommendation scales, several evaluators per candidate, blind mode and a calibration report — part of the larger plans. | Structured interview kits and scorecards on every plan — a core strength. |
| Unified evaluation report | One report per candidate that weighs up to seven signals — scorecards, AI fit score, video answers, assessments, external test scores, references and ratings — into a single score, plus an AI-written strengths and risks summary. Part of the larger plans. | AI summary of interview scorecards and a Candidate Insights Assistant (open beta); no single score that combines scorecards, video, assessments and references. |
| Reference checks | Built-in reference checks: structured requests go to referees, and their ratings and comments land on the candidate and feed the evaluation report. Part of the larger plans. | No built-in reference checks; offered through marketplace partners such as Crosschq, HiPeople and SkillSurvey. |
| AI automation & human review | AI rules move candidates between stages automatically. When an AI-based rule would reject a candidate or make an offer, it waits for a one-click human approval and then carries it out; AI rules can also be set to ask at every step. Rule-based automations without AI can reject directly. | Rule-based auto-advance and auto-reject on application questions; Greenhouse states its AI Talent Matching does not move or reject candidates. |
| Career page builder | Career page on yourcompany.hireall.com on every plan; brand styling and a job embed widget for your own site on the larger plans. No custom domain. | Customizable career sites and job boards. |
| Integrations | 20+ native connections: job boards (Google for Jobs, LinkedIn, Indeed, Talent.com, Jooble, Adzuna, Youthall), Google/Outlook calendar, Zoom, Meet, Teams, Slack, assessment tools (Assessment System, TestGorilla, HackerRank, Codility), leading HRIS platforms, and Webhooks & Zapier. Calendar, Slack, HRIS and webhook connections are part of the larger plans. | 500+ integrations plus the Harvest API (boards, HRIS, assessments, background checks, video). |
| Sign-in security | Two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app (Google or Microsoft Authenticator) or an e-mail code on every plan; single sign-on (SSO) on the top tier. | SAML single sign-on; two-factor sign-in by e-mail, with SMS as an option. |
| Turkish market | English and Turkish product UI, integrations with leading HRIS platforms — including local Turkish HR software — and Youthall for early-talent hiring. | Product UI in English, German, French, Italian, Korean, Spanish and Portuguese; no Turkish UI. |
| Support | E-mail within 48h, priority e-mail within 12h, or a dedicated CSM with phone & video within 2h — depending on plan. | Sales-led implementation; support scope is set in the quote. |

Comparing with Greenhouse
Straight answers before you switch.
Many workflows map cleanly — pipelines, scorecards, career page, approvals. Expect to rebuild interview kits and to bring historical candidates in via XLSX import rather than a one-click migration.
There's no white-glove migration service today. You can export candidates from your current ATS as CSV/Excel and bring them in with Hireall's bulk candidate import (part of the larger plans).
In our experience, Greenhouse fits global enterprises that need deep governance and a large partner ecosystem; Hireall fits teams that want published pricing, built-in async video and a fast self-serve start.
Hireall plans are on the pricing page. Greenhouse is custom quote only — Core / Plus / Pro, no public list prices.
