Mid-market ATS — side by side.
Workable publishes its prices, bundles HR tools and sells its AI Agent on credits. Hireall competes on what is in the plan: async video and a monthly AI credit allowance included, no paid feature add-ons — only optional usage top-ups.
Where each platform tends to fit
We are not claiming Workable is weak — we are clarifying fit.
Where Workable is often strong
Published pricing, a 15-day trial without a card, unlimited active jobs on every plan (fair use), an optional HR and onboarding bundle, built-in AI on every plan, and the Workable Agent for sourcing and screening with 3,000 free AI credits.
Where Hireall is often a better fit
Teams that want video interviews in the plan instead of the $109/mo (billed annually) video add-on or the Premier jump, a fixed monthly AI credit allowance, and a recruiting-focused product without the time-off and payroll suite.
How to evaluate fairly
Run the same hiring scenario in both tools: a mixed eng+GTM week, scorecard usage, and admin setup time. Ignore vanity feature checklists.
Capability snapshot
Hireall cells reflect the product today. Competitor cells come from the vendor's own pricing and product pages; where a figure is a third-party estimate we say so.
| Capability | Hireall | Workable |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing transparency | Published on /pricing: two self-serve plans at $129 and $349 a month for 1–20 employees, scaled by headcount band, plus a larger tier by quote. Up to 23% off yearly. | Published, billed annually: Standard $299/mo, Premier $599/mo, Enterprise $719/mo for 1–20 employees; Standard is $360/mo billed monthly, Premier and Enterprise are annual only. Standard covers recruiting; the HR bundle costs extra. Price rises by employee band. |
| Free plan | 14-day trial on both self-serve plans — no credit card required, with a trial allowance of 75 AI credits and 5 video invites; live job publishing starts with a paid plan. No permanent free plan. | No free plan; 15-day free trial without a card (Standard features, Agent excluded). |
| AI screening | AiFitScore (0–100 with evidence), AI job posts, bulk matching, pool AI search, candidate compare — credit-based; 300 / 1,500 / 10,000 credits a month included. | Built-in AI tools (candidate matching, recommendations, Job Brief Agent) on every plan, plus the Workable Agent on AI credits — 3,000 free, then $0.095–0.12 per credit; purchased credits expire a year after purchase. |
| Video interviews | Async video interviews built in on every plan: 20 / 50 / unlimited (fair use 1,000) invites a month, up to 3 questions per send, recordings kept 60 / 90 / 365 days. | Native video interviews: $109/mo add-on on Standard (billed annually), included on Premier and Enterprise. |
| Interview scorecards | Scorecards with numeric, thumbs or hire-recommendation scales, several evaluators per candidate, blind mode and a calibration report — part of the larger plans. | Interview kits and scorecards on all plans. |
| Unified evaluation report | One report per candidate that weighs up to seven signals — scorecards, AI fit score, video answers, assessments, external test scores, references and ratings — into a single score, plus an AI-written strengths and risks summary. Part of the larger plans. | The Workable Agent scores candidates 0–100 against your criteria from the CV, answers and chat; scorecards, video and references are not combined into one score. |
| Reference checks | Built-in reference checks: structured requests go to referees, and their ratings and comments land on the candidate and feed the evaluation report. Part of the larger plans. | No built-in reference checks; offered through the Refapp and Crosschq integrations. |
| AI automation & human review | AI rules move candidates between stages automatically. When an AI-based rule would reject a candidate or make an offer, it waits for a one-click human approval and then carries it out; AI rules can also be set to ask at every step. Rule-based automations without AI can reject directly. | The Workable Agent can advance candidates and automatically disqualify them based on your criteria. |
| Career page builder | Career page on yourcompany.hireall.com on every plan; brand styling and a job embed widget for your own site on the larger plans. No custom domain. | Careers page builder included; native language options on Premier and Enterprise. |
| Integrations | 20+ native connections: job boards (Google for Jobs, LinkedIn, Indeed, Talent.com, Jooble, Adzuna, Youthall), Google/Outlook calendar, Zoom, Meet, Teams, Slack, assessment tools (Assessment System, TestGorilla, HackerRank, Codility), leading HRIS platforms, and Webhooks & Zapier. Calendar, Slack, HRIS and webhook connections are part of the larger plans. | Job boards, LinkedIn RSC, calendar and video, HR connectors, API; texting and assessments as paid add-ons on Standard. |
| Sign-in security | Two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app (Google or Microsoft Authenticator) or an e-mail code on every plan; single sign-on (SSO) on the top tier. | Single sign-on available; two-factor sign-in by e-mail code — Workable's help centre says authenticator apps are not natively supported. |
| Turkish market | English and Turkish product UI, integrations with leading HRIS platforms — including local Turkish HR software — and Youthall for early-talent hiring. | Product UI in English, Danish, Dutch, French, Greek and Spanish; no Turkish UI. |
| Support | E-mail within 48h, priority e-mail within 12h, or a dedicated CSM with phone & video within 2h — depending on plan. | In-product support; priority support and SSO on Premier and Enterprise. |

Comparing with Workable
Straight answers before you switch.
Pipelines, career page, scorecards and approvals map cleanly. Workable's HR modules (onboarding, time-off, payroll prep) have no equivalent in Hireall; Hireall covers hiring plus headcount planning and internal mobility, and syncs hires to your HRIS.
There's no white-glove migration service today. You can export candidates from your current ATS as CSV/Excel and bring them in with Hireall's bulk candidate import (part of the larger plans).
In our experience, Workable fits SMBs that want ATS and HR in one subscription; Hireall fits teams that want the recruiting layer with video and AI credits included and no paid feature add-ons.
Hireall plans are on the pricing page. Workable publishes plans from $299/mo billed annually (1–20 employees) on workable.com/pricing.
