Structured interviews, scheduled in minutes.
Self-scheduling for candidates. Two-way calendar sync for every interviewer. Scorecards that everyone actually fills out. Hireall runs your interview layer without a standalone scheduling tool.
Scheduling, scorecards and calendars — in one layer.
No more exporting calendars. No more forwarding scorecards. No more interviewer drift.
Self-scheduling
Candidates pick a slot that suits them — times already busy in your interviewers' connected calendars are left out.
Interview participants
Add interviewers to each interview. The invite lands in their own Google or Outlook calendar with a Zoom, Meet or Teams link, and the interview shows up in their Hireall calendar.
Interview questions
Attach questions to each interview and pick from suggested question sets so every round asks the same things.
Structured scorecards
Calibrated rubrics per trait, with required evidence before submission.
Video interview invites
Send async video interview invites with timed questions, reminders and retention controls — recorded in the browser, reviewed in the candidate profile.
Candidate scorecard summary
Every evaluator's scores roll up on the candidate profile so decisions don't drift.
Five things that used to be five tools.
Scheduling, calendars, questions, scorecards and calibration hand off to each other with no export in between.
-
1
Send the slots
Pick the interviewers and the hours; Hireall drops anything already busy in their connected calendars and sends the rest on a private link. The candidate books in about a minute.
-
2
Land on every calendar
A Google or Outlook invite for everyone, with a Zoom, Meet or Teams link attached. Move or delete it there and Hireall updates the interview and tells the candidate.
-
3
Ask the same questions
Question kits per round. Or skip the calendar entirely with an async video round.

4
Score before you talk
Each interviewer submits a scorecard. Blind until submit, rationale required.

5
See who runs hot or cold
The calibration report plots every interviewer against the team average, before offers go out.

From scheduled to decided, end-to-end.
A candidate reaches the interview stage. You create a scheduling request with the hours that suit your interviewers — Hireall leaves out anything already busy in their connected calendars — and the candidate picks a slot from a private link. The interview lands on everyone's Google or Outlook calendar with a Zoom, Meet or Teams link; if it is moved or deleted there, Hireall follows. Every evaluator's scorecard rolls up on the candidate profile.
Structured interviews, consistently applied.
Research says structured interviews predict performance 2-3x better than unstructured ones. Hireall doesn't just say "use a rubric" — it enforces it at the level of the question, the scale, and the written rationale.

Interview FAQ
Common questions from people who've done this before.
For most teams, no. You pick the interviewers and the hours; Hireall leaves out times that are already taken in Hireall or busy in their connected Google or Outlook calendars, and the candidate books from a private link — with a Zoom, Meet or Teams link created automatically. Candidates see the slots in their own time zone — more on the time zones page. Round-robin routing is not part of Hireall.
Not on their own yet. The recruiter cancels or resends the scheduling request and the candidate picks a new slot from the same kind of link. If an interviewer moves the event in Google Calendar or Outlook, Hireall picks up the new time and sends the candidate an updated invite.
Yes — connect any or all. Each teammate connects their own Google, Microsoft or Zoom account, so the meeting is created from the person who schedules it; a company account covers anyone who hasn't connected yet. You pick Meet, Teams or Zoom per interview.
Slack posts when a scorecard is submitted, and the calibration report shows who has evaluated how many candidates. Automatic reminders are not built in; recruiters follow up from the candidate profile.
Live interviews are not recorded. Async video interviews are recorded by the candidate in the browser, kept for a fixed retention window and then deleted automatically.
No. The account owner, super admins and admins see every interviewer's interviews and can filter by person. Everyone else sees the interviews they schedule or sit on — the same ones that land in their own Google or Outlook calendar.
Scheduling and scorecards, built in.
